The space

Villa Blanca combines authentic charm with modern comforts for an enjoyable stay. Outside, a large garden with trees surrounds the property, offering a peaceful setting with a private swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a shaded dining area and barbecue. The bright, spacious interior includes a large living room with several seating areas, ideal for socialising with family and friends. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals while retaining its traditional style. At night, the villa has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. A separate bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom.

Guest access

Villa BLANCA is easily accessible and designed for a stress-free stay. Located on one level, it is suitable for all travellers, including families with children. Parking is easy and convenient, with spaces available in the garden. Ideally located, the villa is less than ten minutes from the centre of Mutxamel or San Juan de Alicante, where you'll find all the essential shops. On your arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and show you around the property.

What's more, El Campello beach is just 8 kilometres away, and the centre of Alicante is 16 kilometres away, making it easy to explore this beautiful region. Nature lovers can also explore the nearby nature parks and hiking trails. With its peaceful setting and proximity to the region's main attractions, the villa is the ideal base from which to discover the treasures of the Costa Blanca.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
Getting to Villa BLANCA is easy and convenient, whatever your mode of transport. If you are arriving by car, the villa is approximately 16 kilometres from the centre of Alicante, with direct access from the AP-7 motorway. From Alicante-Elche Airport, just 25 minutes away by car, you can quickly reach the villa by following the signs. The airport is well served by international flights, making it a convenient point of arrival. By public transport, you can take a bus or tram to El Campello, then a taxi or short drive to the villa. Train and bus connections from Alicante and El Campello also provide easy access to the area, although the use of a car is recommended for added convenience and flexibility.
