The space
Located less than 4 km from the Costa Blanca's superb beaches and less than 2 km from the Habaneras shopping centre and water park, the ‘CASA SOLEADA’ flat offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable holiday. There is a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals just like at home. The flat is air-conditioned and has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. There is also a charming balcony with a table for relaxing outdoors.
The highlight of this flat is its magnificent private solarium, furnished with an arbour, barbecue, sun loungers, seating area and a large table for sharing convivial meals with family and friends. You'll also enjoy access to a community pool in the urbanisation, so you can soak up the sun and cool off at any time of day.
For your greater comfort, La Casa Soleada is of course equipped with wifi and a firestick allowing you to access your favourite programmes (Netflix, amazon prime...).
Guest access
The flat is located on the 1st floor, accessible by external stairs. For your convenience, parking spaces are available in the street, allowing you to park easily near the flat.

Getting around
ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
-Access by car:
The flat is easily accessible by car. If you are coming from the AP-7 motorway, take the exit towards Torrevieja and follow the signs to the town centre. There are parking spaces available on the street near the flat for easy parking.
-Access by air:
The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche International Airport (ALC), approximately 40 minutes' drive from the flat. You can hire a car directly from the airport or take a taxi. Another option is Murcia Airport (RMU), which is around 45 minutes' drive away.
-Access by public transport:
From Alicante airport, you can take a direct bus to Torrevieja. Once you arrive at the Torrevieja bus station, the flat is about 10 minutes away by taxi or local bus. Several bus routes also serve the Calle Otelo area, making it easy to get to the flat without a car.
