Guest access

The ‘Casita del Sol’ studio apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with lift access. For your convenience, parking spaces are available on the street, and there are also several public car parks 500 to 900 metres away.

Our city managers will be on hand to welcome you on arrival. They will be delighted to guide you and show you around the flat, so that you can quickly feel at home.

- Early arrival - 2pm instead of 4pm: additional cost of €20
- Late check-out: 12pm instead of 10am: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9pm to 12am): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (00:00-02:00): additional cost €60

La Casita del Sol is ideally located just 400 metres from Los Locos beach, perfect for enjoying the sun and beach activities. Nearby, the paseo marítimo awaits you with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, where you can sample local specialities or simply relax on the terrace. For shoppers, La Zenia shopping centre is just 10 km away, while Aquapolis Park, a family-friendly water park, is 3.5 km away. With all this within easy reach, you can easily explore and enjoy all that Torrevieja has to offer on foot.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT

The flat is located in the centre of Torrevieja, and is easily accessible by various means of transport.

-By car: If you are arriving by car, take the AP-7 motorway, which links many cities on the Mediterranean coast. Torrevieja is easily reached via exit 758.

-By plane: Murcia-Corvera airport is around 60 km away, while Alicante airport is around 45 km. Both airports offer car hire services and shuttle buses for easy access to Torrevieja.

-By bus: There are bus routes linking Torrevieja to several major towns in the region. The Torrevieja bus station is around 3 km from the flat. From there, you can take a taxi or local bus to your destination.

Whichever means of transport you choose, access to ‘La Casita del Sol’ is convenient and will allow you to make the most of your stay in Torrevieja.

Other things to note

DEPOSIT
We use an innovative bank imprint system for the deposit. This method does not require your credit card to be debited. Your deposit will be pre-authorised on your card on arrival. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled in the days following your departure, provided that the flat is left in a satisfactory condition.

Photos for the inventory of fixtures :
On arrival and departure, we will ask you to take photos of the condition of the flat via our traveller app. This will help us to ensure transparency and to quickly resolve any issues regarding the condition of the property.
