The separate kitchen is fully equipped and functional, so you can prepare delicious meals in style. The sleeping area, which is separate from the day area for added privacy, comprises three cosy bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, including a master suite with double bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, one with two single beds and the second with a double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. A second bathroom with WC completes the accommodation.

The ‘Perla del Marl’ flat is located on the 8th floor, accessible by lift, in a secure residence with garden and communal swimming pool. For your convenience, a numbered parking space is available for the flat in the basement.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT

The flat has excellent transport links, whatever your mode of transport.
By car, it is easily accessible via the N-332 and the AP-7 motorway, which quickly connect El Campello with the main towns on the Costa Blanca. Alicante can be reached in 20 minutes and Alicante-Elche International Airport in around 30 minutes, making arrivals and departures easy.

By train, Alicante station offers comfortable travel to Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona on high-speed trains (AVE and Euromed). From here, tram line 1 runs directly to El Campello and Mutxavista, stopping just a few minutes' walk from the residence for quick and easy access to the surrounding area.

By air, Alicante-Elche International Airport offers many direct flights to Europe, making it an ideal destination for international travellers. Once you're here, car hire, taxis and the C6 bus linking the airport to the centre of Alicante provide a smooth transfer to your accommodation. Whether you're coming for a short break or a long getaway, access is easy and convenient.
