The space
Welcome to ALBAMAR, a superb, bright, modern flat in a new residence with swimming pool and stunning sea views. Spacious and well-appointed, it's the perfect place to relax or work from home. Its large, open-plan living room and panoramic terrace invite you to make the most of the sunny Costa del Sol climate.
The flat has three sleeping areas: a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third room converted into a study with a sofa bed, ideal for mobile workers. The two modern bathrooms have walk-in showers. A private parking space is included in the secure residence.
Guest access
The flat is located on the ground floor of a secure residence, offering peace and comfort. Nestled in the north of Benalmádena, it enjoys a peaceful setting yet is close to amenities, beaches and local attractions. Access is easy and convenient, with private parking available for a hassle-free stay.
On arrival, our city manager will be on hand to welcome you. He will be happy to guide you and show you around the accommodation so that you quickly feel at home.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area to the north of Benalmádena, the residence offers a safe and pleasant setting, perfect for a relaxing stay. Just 15 minutes from Playa del Arroyo, you can enjoy golden sandy beaches and typical chiringuitos where you can sample local specialities by the sea. Just 10 minutes from the marina, you'll find a lively atmosphere with restaurants, bars and water sports. For nature lovers, the surrounding area offers magnificent hiking trails, such as the Parque de la Paloma and Mount Calamorro, with spectacular views over the Costa del Sol.
Getting around
ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
ALBAMAR is ideally located for exploring the Costa del Sol. By car, it is easily accessible via the A-7 motorway, allowing you to reach Málaga airport in 20 minutes and the centre of Málaga in 25 minutes. The Benalmádena-Arroyo de la Miel train station, 10 minutes away, offers direct links to Málaga and Fuengirola via the Cercanías C1 suburban train. Several bus routes also serve the area, linking the beaches, marina and local attractions.
Other things to note
CAUTION
We use an innovative bank imprint system for the deposit. This method does not require your credit card to be debited. Your deposit will be pre-authorised on your card on arrival. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled in the days following your departure, provided the flat is left in a satisfactory condition. On arrival and departure, we will ask you to take photos of the condition of the flat via our traveller app. This will help us ensure transparency and quickly resolve any issues regarding the condition of the property.

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the attention of the concierge and are only valid from the day they are received.
If the rental has to be cancelled , the cancellation conditions are as follows:
If the cancellation is made 6 days or more before the scheduled arrival date,** the Concierge will reimburse the amount paid.
The concierge will reimburse the deposit and/or stay in full.If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the date of stay:** No refund will be made and the tenant will owe the full amount of the deposit and/or stay.
No refund and the tenant will be liable for the entire stay.
