The space

Welcome to Villa Joebella, a warm and modern villa designed to offer you a comfortable stay whatever the season. Located in the heart of the Vistabella golf course, this detached villa can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with 160x200 double beds. The master suite has its own bathroom, and a second shower room with walk-in shower is available for maximum comfort. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring absolute well-being all year round.

The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer) opens onto a bright living/dining area with satellite TV and WiFi connection.

Outside, enjoy a spacious 100 m² private terrace, furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for sharing al fresco meals by the pool or simply relaxing after a day in the sun.

Private parking is also available, for a peaceful stay.

Guest access

Villa Joebella is a single-storey villa offering optimum accessibility for all. Situated in the heart of the prestigious Vistabella golf course, you will enjoy a secure and peaceful environment. You can park in front of the villa or inside the villa, where there is a parking space for your convenience and security.

Residents of Villa Joebella have access to all the amenities of the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts, and boules courts. You will also find bars, restaurants, a mini-market and an ATM within walking distance of the villa.

On your arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and show you around the accommodation.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, making it easier for you to communicate with our teams, as well as giving you access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings (no download required).

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By car
The villa is easily accessible by car. From Alicante International Airport, take the A-7 motorway towards Torrevieja/Murcia. Follow the A-7 for approximately 30 minutes, then take exit 751 towards Torrevieja/Orihuela. Continue along the CV-945, following the signs for Vistabella Golf.

By Plane
Alicante International Airport is approximately 40 minutes' drive from Villa Joebella. This well-connected airport offers regular flights to many international and national destinations, making it easy for you to arrive and depart.

By train
The nearest train station is Orihuela, with rail links to several major Spanish cities. From the station, take the CV-95 towards Torrevieja, then join the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf. Villa Joebella is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Orihuela train station.
