The space

Welcome to the ALVA flat, a bright cocoon in the heart of Alicante. Completely renovated, this spacious flat is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people, whether on a family holiday, a break with friends or a teleworking trip.

There are three beautiful bedrooms with double beds (150x190), two contemporary bathrooms with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals just like at home, and a large living room perfect for relaxing. A work area with desk is also available, ideal for travellers on the move.

Comfort comes as standard, with air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi connection to keep you connected. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The flat is located in the quiet and lively area of Carolinas Altas, just a 30-minute walk or 10-minute tram ride from the historic centre, beaches, restaurants and all the main attractions.

Please note that there is no private parking, but it is possible to park on the street or in the public car parks.

Guest access

Travellers will have access to the entire ALVA flat, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building (with lift). On arrival, one of our city managers will welcome you in person to hand over the keys, show you around the flat and answer any initial questions you may have. A warm welcome to get your stay off to a great start!

The tramway is just 100 metres on foot from the flat, giving you easy access to the city centre, the beaches and Alicante's main points of interest. We are available throughout your stay to help you if you need assistance.

TRAVELLER APPLICATION

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Current regulations require all travellers to register in advance. To gain access to the flat, it will be necessary to have correctly completed the check-in process with a check-in link sent prior to arrival.
- Deposit: €350 (non-debit bank imprint to be deposited prior to arrival with check-in)
- Services to be ordered from the online shop beforehand using the link sent to you - subject to validation by the concierge:
- Early arrival - 2pm instead of 4pm: additional cost of €20
- Late check-out: 12pm instead of 10am: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9pm to 12am): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (00:00-02:00): additional cost €60

ENVIRONMENT

The ALVA flat is located in Carolinas Altas, a lively and authentic residential area of Alicante. Here you will find a local atmosphere, away from the touristy areas, but still close to everything.
The area offers a wide range of local shops, including bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, traditional restaurants and small markets, all just a few steps away.
With the tram station just 100 metres away, you can easily reach the historic centre, the beaches, the port, the central market and the Santa Bárbara castle in just a few minutes.
A 30-minute walk will take you to most of the city's must-see sites, while you enjoy the peace and quiet of a pleasant, family-friendly neighbourhood.
Carolinas Altas is a great base from which to discover Alicante at your own pace, whether you're here to relax, explore or telework in the Spanish sunshine.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The ALVA flat is easily accessible, whether you arrive by car, plane or public transport.

By car:
The flat is located in a central area of Alicante, accessible from the main roads. Parking is available on the street or in nearby public car parks. There is no private parking.

By plane:
From Alicante-Elche international airport (about 20 minutes by car), you can take a taxi, VTC or the C6 bus line, which links the airport directly to the city centre.

By public transport:
The nearest tram station is just a 100-metre walk from the flat, providing quick access to the city centre, beaches and main attractions.
Alicante train station is around 15 minutes away by tram, with national and regional connections.
The bus station, also accessible by tram or bus, serves many regional and national destinations, offering great flexibility for your travels.

The area is well served, making your stay simple and pleasant, even without a car.
