The space

Welcome to Alba Blanca, a superb flat located on the top floor of the Xeresa del Monte residential complex, a modern resort nestled between the sea and the mountains. This bright penthouse offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay with family, friends or as a couple.

The flat has a large living area bathed in light, thanks to its bay windows that open onto unobstructed views. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, and the living room offers a comfortable space for sharing convivial moments. Alba Blanca has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom and terrace, two additional double bedrooms, one with a terrace, and a second modern bathroom.

The real highlight of this property is its magnificent private solarium, fully equipped with a summer kitchen with plancha grill, dining area, garden furniture and spectacular views of the surrounding area. The perfect place to sunbathe, share a meal or admire the sunsets.

The resort offers an exceptional aquatic area with three swimming pools, waterfalls, hot tubs, a gym, green spaces, a playground and a social club. Just 10 minutes from Gandía beach and 50 minutes from Valencia, Alba Blanca offers the perfect balance between relaxation, nature and discovery.

The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire Alba Blanca apartment, as well as its fully equipped private solarium. The accommodation is located on the 4th and top floor with a lift serving up to the 3rd floor,
then a staircase leads to the 4th floor where the apartment is located.

Guests have access to all the amenities of the Xeresa del Monte complex: three swimming pools with waterfalls and hot tubs, a gym, private green spaces, a children's playground and a social club.

A numbered parking space is reserved for you in the residence, guaranteeing easy and secure parking throughout your stay.

Upon arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to give you the keys and show you around the accommodation.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Deposit: €450 (bank card imprint to be provided before arrival via the link sent to you)
- Services to be ordered in advance from the online shop via the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9 p.m. to midnight) additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (midnight to 2 a.m.) additional cost of €60

Alba Blanca is located within the Xeresa del Monte resort, a modern complex nestled in a privileged natural setting between the sea and the mountains. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and ideal for a relaxing stay while remaining close to amenities and beaches.

From the residence, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, perfect for walks, sports or simply admiring the scenery. Less than a 5-minute drive away, in Xeresa or the neighbouring town of Xeraco, you will find several cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient for your daily shopping or a coffee on the terrace.

Just 10 minutes away, Gandía beach awaits you with its fine sand, calm waters and numerous activities. The centre of Gandía also offers shops, bars, entertainment and a wide range of gastronomic options.

The region is ideal for alternating between relaxation, nature and discovery, thanks to its sunny climate, hiking trails, cycle paths and typical villages.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
-By car
The Xeresa del Monte resort is very easy to reach via the AP-7 motorway (Mediterranean motorway). Take exit 60 – Xeresa / Xeraco and then follow signs for Xeresa. The Xeresa del Monte resort is just a few minutes from the exit, on the hills above the village.

-By plane
There are two international airports serving the region:
- Valencia Airport (VLC) – approximately 50 minutes by car.
- Alicante Airport (ALC) – approximately 1 hour 10 minutes by car.
Both offer car hire, taxis and buses.

-By train
The nearest station is Xeraco, about 5 minutes by car from the accommodation. It offers regional trains to Gandía, a direct connection to Valencia (about 45 minutes), and connections to other major cities.
