The space

Welcome to Sol y Verde, a new and modern flat located on the first floor of the Capri 3 complex, in the heart of Golf Vistabella. The property offers a large, bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for enjoying a convivial and comfortable space.

From the living room, you can access a spacious furnished terrace with a pleasant view of the residence's swimming pool. A private staircase leads to a generous solarium, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a moment of tranquillity while admiring a superb unobstructed view.

The flat has two bedrooms:
– one bedroom with a double bed, located near the first bathroom,
– one bedroom with three single beds, including a bunk bed, offering ideal flexibility with a private bathroom.

Decorated in a modern and refined style, Sol y Verde combines comfort, brightness and tranquillity in a privileged environment within a complex with a swimming pool, green spaces and nearby shops.

The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

Guest access

Solyverde is located on the first floor (accessible by stairs) of the CAPRI III residence, in the heart of the prestigious Vistabella golf course, offering a secure and peaceful environment. The apartment also provides access to the estate's communal swimming pool, surrounded by a large lawn, open all year round and perfect for relaxing, swimming or simply enjoying the sun. There is no private parking, but you can easily park in front of the residence.

Residents of Solyverde have access to all the amenities of the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts and boules courts. There are also bars, restaurants, a mini-market and a cash machine within walking distance of the flat.

Upon arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to give you the keys and show you around the property.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Deposit: €300 (bank card imprint to be provided before arrival via the link sent to you)
- Services to be ordered in advance from the online shop via the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9 p.m. to midnight) additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (midnight to 2 a.m.) additional cost of €60

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By Car
The apartment is easily accessible by car. From Alicante International Airport, take the A-7 motorway towards Torrevieja/Murcia. Follow the A-7 for approximately 30 minutes, then take exit 751 towards Torrevieja/Orihuela. Continue on the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf.

By Plane
Alicante International Airport is located about 40 minutes by car from Solyverde. This well-connected airport offers regular flights to many international and domestic destinations, making your arrivals and departures easy.

By Train
The nearest train station is Orihuela, offering rail connections to several major Spanish cities. From the station, take the CV-95 road towards Torrevieja, then join the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf. Solyverde is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from Orihuela station.
