The space

Welcome to San Francisco, a modern and bright apartment located on the 9th floor with lift access, in the heart of the dynamic Rincón de Loix neighbourhood in Benidorm. Ideal for couples, friends, small families or active travellers, it offers a comfortable and elegant setting to fully enjoy the city.

The living area opens onto a cosy lounge with two sofas, including a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to four travellers. Large bay windows flood the room with light and give a pleasant feeling of space. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and breakfasts in a convivial atmosphere. The carefully decorated double bedroom ensures restful nights, and a bathroom with bath and toilet completes the ensemble perfectly.

The residence also has a swimming pool, a real asset in Benidorm, as well as a private parking space (reservation required at least 3 days before arrival).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire flat, located on the 9th floor with lift, as well as the residence's communal areas, including the communal swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on excursions.

A private parking space is available free of charge within the residence, subject to reservation 3 days before arrival.

For a smooth welcome, our city manager will meet you in person on site. They will give you the keys, show you around the accommodation, explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have so that you can start your stay with peace of mind.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

The neighborhood

San Francisco is located in the highly sought-after Rincón de Loix, one of Benidorm's liveliest and most popular neighbourhoods. You will be just 600 metres from Llevant Beach, known for its fine sand, turquoise water and promenade lined with restaurants and bars.

Just 200 metres away is the Mercaloix Indoor Market, a covered market renowned for its variety of shops: bakeries, fresh produce, international stalls, boutiques and convenient everyday services.

The neighbourhood offers a dynamic and friendly atmosphere, with numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and activities within walking distance. It is an ideal location if you want to enjoy the sea, local life and leisure activities in Benidorm, while living in a pleasant and well-connected area.

Getting around

ACCES
-By plane
The closest airport to Benidorm is Alicante-Elche Airport, located about 45 minutes from the city. From the airport, you can take a taxi, bus or hire a car to reach your destination. Regular bus services also connect the airport to Benidorm.

Valencia Airport is another option for getting to Benidorm. Although it is a little further away than Alicante Airport, it is still possible to reach Benidorm from this airport.

-Train:
Benidorm does not have a direct national railway station. Travellers arriving by train must first travel to Alicante via the RENFE lines (AVE, national or regional trains).
From Alicante, take the tram (TRAM d'Alicante, line 1) to Benidorm (approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes) or the bus from Alicante station or airport to Benidorm.

-Car:
Benidorm is easily accessible via the AP-7 motorway. From the AP-7, take the Benidorm Levante / Rincón de Loix exit, which is ideal for quickly reaching your accommodation.
