The space

Welcome to the Bahia apartment, a modern and bright ground floor flat located in Los Balcones, on the edge of the magnificent pink lagoon of Torrevieja, a unique natural setting.

The accommodation opens onto a large, comfortable living room with air conditioning and built-in Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing with family and friends or for working remotely. The living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to prepare your meals on site.

The flat has two large furnished terraces, at the front and rear, one of which has an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the hallway, convenient for families.

Located in a modern residence with extensive gardens and a superb communal swimming pool, Bahia is the perfect balance of comfort, nature and modernity... just 10 minutes from the beaches and La Zenia shopping centre.

The area around the residence is still undergoing some construction work, but the accommodation remains fully functional and pleasant.

Guest access

The Bahia apartment is located on the ground floor, but there are a few steps to climb to reach the entrance to the residence.

Upon arrival, our City Manager will personally welcome you to give you the keys, show you around the accommodation and answer any questions you may have. This will allow you to settle in with ease and start your stay in the best possible conditions.

The residence's outdoor areas, wooded gardens and communal swimming pool are freely accessible during your stay.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Deposit: €350 (bank card imprint to be provided before arrival via the link sent to you)
- Services to be ordered in advance from the online shop via the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €20

ENVIRONMENT
The Bahia apartment is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Los Balcones, an area prized for its peaceful atmosphere and direct access to the pink lagoon, one of Torrevieja's most iconic natural sites.

There are several supermarkets, chemists, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' drive away. Torrevieja town centre, the central beaches and La Zenia shopping centre are all within easy reach, just 10 minutes away.

The modern, tree-lined residence offers the ideal setting to enjoy the Costa Blanca sunshine, with extensive gardens, a large communal swimming pool and relaxation areas.

It is a perfect environment for families, couples or teleworkers looking for peace and quiet without sacrificing proximity to amenities and beaches.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
-By car
The main access to the coast (and therefore to Los Balcones/Torrevieja) is via the AP-7 motorway. To reach the area, the recommended exit is often exit 763 (La Zenia/Urbanizaciones/Orihuela Costa) — from this exit, follow the signs to Torrevieja/Los Balcones. Once off the motorway, the access road passes through secondary roads to the flat — allow a little time depending on traffic.

-By plane
The two most convenient airports are:
- Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) — accessible by car, then road to the flat.
- Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU) — also an option, depending on the route and car hire.
From either airport, the best option is to hire a car or take a taxi to Torrevieja / Los Balcones.

  • By train The nearest station is Orihuela Railway Station (RENFE station), about 30-35 km from Torrevieja. From there, you can reach Torrevieja or Los Balcones by car, taxi or local bus.
