The space

Just 500 metres from Acequión and Los Náufragos beaches, the ELIAMAR apartment offers a fully renovated space, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, it has a spacious living room with all the comforts, a fully equipped kitchen with a utility room, and three comfortable bedrooms: one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a third with a single bed. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

A furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that it overlooks the main boulevard in the city centre and can be busy during the day, offering an immersion in local life.

Guest access

The ELIAMAR apartment is located on the mezzanine floor D of the Corpisa II residence. Although it is on the mezzanine floor, there are a few steps to climb to reach the accommodation. The apartment does not have private parking, but it is very easy to park for free in front of the residence or around the park opposite the residence, where spaces are usually available.

Thanks to its central location, everything can be done on foot: shops, restaurants and beaches are only a few minutes away. Upon your arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to give you the keys and show you around the accommodation.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ENVIRONMENT

The ELIAMAR apartment is ideally located in the heart of Torrevieja, just a few minutes' walk from the beaches of Acequión and Los Náufragos, the harbour, the marina and the lively town centre. Restaurants, bars, shops, markets and seaside promenades are all within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy the town to the full without needing a car. The city also offers a beautiful seafront promenade, a lively harbour and typical local markets. For nature lovers, the famous salt lagoons of Torrevieja and their pink waters are just a few kilometres away.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The Eliamar apartment is easily accessible:

• By car: Torrevieja is well connected by the AP-7 motorway and the N-332, which link the town to the main destinations on the Costa Blanca.
• By plane: Alicante-Elche Airport is about a 40-minute drive away and Murcia Airport is about 55 minutes away.
• By train: for high-speed TGV/AVE access, the nearest station is Orihuela-Miguel Hernández (in the municipality of Orihuela), about 30-35 km from Torrevieja.
• Connection between Orihuela and Torrevieja: regular buses connect Orihuela to Torrevieja, allowing you to combine train + bus/taxi to get to the apartment.
• By public transport: Torrevieja bus station offers direct buses to Alicante, the airport and other towns in the region.

Once there, you can easily get around on foot, by local bus or by taxi.
