The space

La Luzia is a new and elegant flat located in Torrevieja, between the sought-after neighbourhoods of Punta Prima and Los Altos. On the ground floor of a modern residence with a tree-lined garden and large communal swimming pool, it offers a bright, quiet and comfortable setting. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and has three bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed.
The living area comprises a spacious living room opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (modern appliances, crockery, plancha grill), with direct access to a large furnished terrace. The accommodation also has high-speed Wi-Fi and a private parking space in the basement, offering optimal comfort and complete peace of mind during your stay.

Guest access

Access to La Luzia apartment is simple and convenient. Guests have secure entry to the residence and direct access to the ground floor accommodation, ideal for families. A private parking space is available in the basement, with secure access to the residence.

Upon arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to give you the keys and show you around the accommodation.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, additional cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Deposit: €550 (bank card imprint to be provided before arrival via the link sent to you)
- Services to be ordered in advance via the online store using the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9 p.m. to midnight): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (midnight to 2 a.m.): additional cost of €60

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The La Luzia apartment is easily accessible by various means of transport.

-By car:
Torrevieja is connected to the region's main roads, including the AP-7 and N-332, providing quick access to Alicante, Orihuela Costa and the surrounding beaches.

-By public transport:
Torrevieja is served by a regional bus network connecting the city to Alicante, Orihuela and neighbouring coastal areas. The RENFE train station in Orihuela, located about 25 minutes away by car, provides fast rail connections to Alicante, Murcia, Valencia and Madrid. Buses and taxis provide connections between the station and Torrevieja.

-By plane:
Alicante–Elche International Airport (ALC) is about a 45-minute drive away, with regular flights to many European cities. Murcia–Corvera Airport (RMU) is also about 50 minutes away, offering a convenient alternative depending on your destination.
