The interior consists of a large, bright living room, open to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The spaciousness, brightness and quality of the amenities make this villa an ideal place to stay for a luxury holiday.

The villa has three bedrooms:
- A master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom
- A double bedroom with a separate bathroom
- Upstairs, a second suite with a bathroom and access to a sun terrace offering breathtaking views of the golf course

The ALMIRA villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, modern amenities and private parking in front of the property.

Access to the villa

The ALMIRA villa is located within the secure grounds of the Font del Llop golf course, offering an exclusive, peaceful and perfectly maintained setting.

Access to the property is easy and perfectly suited to a comfortable stay. The ground floor is entirely on one level and includes the main living areas as well as two of the three bedrooms, ensuring great practicality and optimal comfort on a daily basis.

A private parking space is available directly in front of the villa.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed on site by our city manager, who will give you the keys, show you around the villa and remain available throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations.

TRAVELLER APPLICATION
We offer an exceptional interactive experience thanks to our exclusive traveller application. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Current regulations require all travellers to register in advance. To gain access to the flat, it will be necessary to have correctly completed the check-in process with a check-in link sent prior to arrival.
- Deposit: €900 (non-debit bank imprint to be deposited prior to arrival with check-in)
- Services to be ordered from the online shop beforehand using the link sent to you - subject to validation by the concierge:
- Early arrival - 2pm instead of 4pm: additional cost of €20
- Late check-out: 12pm instead of 10am: additional cost of €20
- Late arrival (after 9pm to 12am): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (00:00-02:00): additional cost €60

Font del Llop Golf Course is easily accessible from the main transport routes.

• From Alicante-Elche Airport: approximately 20 minutes by car. Access is quick and direct via the A-31 motorway.
• By car: the resort is well signposted and accessible all year round.

A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the region.
