Located on the 2nd floor with lift access in the ENCINA residence, the apartment enjoys panoramic views of the golf course and swimming pool, as well as a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun all year round, outdoor dining or admiring the sunsets.

The bright and elegant interior consists of a large living room opening onto the terrace, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a utility room, two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The whole apartment has been designed to offer high-end comfort in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

The VERDEYA apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the ENCINA complex, easily accessible by lift. The entrance to the building and the estate is fully secure, guaranteeing peace and privacy for residents. You can move freely around the pedestrian walkways and tree-lined gardens, and enjoy the communal swimming pool and common areas in complete serenity. When staying at VERDEYA, you have access to all the facilities of the prestigious Las Colinas Golf & Country Club (subject to a fee and reservation):

- Services to be ordered in advance via the online store using the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €40
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (after 9 p.m. to midnight): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (midnight to 2 a.m.): additional cost of €60
