Designed for a comfortable, stress-free holiday, it offers a bright and practical living space with two bedrooms – including a master bedroom – two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and all modern comforts. Its communal swimming pool with a children’s area and its ideal location allow you to make the most of the sun, the sea and the Spanish way of life. Free street parking is available right in front of the residence, where it is usually easy to find a space.

Guest access

The Brisa Blanca apartment is entirely on one level, with no stairs, ensuring easy and comfortable access. Guests can check in independently using a secure key system. Once the check-in formalities have been completed, our city manager will provide you with all the necessary access codes so that you can arrive at your convenience, at a time that suits you.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, additional cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Deposit: €250 (bank card imprint to be provided before arrival via the link sent to you)
- Services to be ordered in advance via the online store using the link that will be sent to you, subject to confirmation by the concierge service:
- Early arrival – 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: additional cost of €40
- Late departure: 12 noon instead of 10 a.m.: additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (after 9 p.m. to midnight): additional cost of €40
- Late arrival (midnight to 2 a.m.): additional cost of €60

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT

Getting to Brisa Blanca is easy and convenient. By car, you can easily reach Santa Pola and park for free on the street in front of the residence, where spaces are usually available. By plane, Alicante-Elche Airport is around 15–20 minutes away, ideal for quick journeys from many European cities. By train (RENFE), Alicante station is well connected, and buses or taxis provide easy access to Santa Pola.
