The space

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the bright living spaces at Villa Mallorca, featuring a large living room that opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and its utility room. Outside, enjoy a lovely Mediterranean garden with a private 4x8 swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a dining area and garden furniture for relaxing in a friendly atmosphere.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. A second bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included for a stay combining comfort and tranquillity.

Guest access

The villa is on one level, with just a few steps at the entrance, making it easily accessible. Guests have access to a covered garage and parking space. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the property enjoys an ideal location close to shops and the centre of Busot, whilst remaining close to the main roads leading to the beaches and Alicante. Upon your arrival, our city manager will welcome you on site to hand over the keys and show you around the property. ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Situated in a quiet residential area of Busot, the villa offers a peaceful setting between the sea and the mountains, ideal for recharging your batteries. You’ll be close to local shops and the village centre, with its restaurants, cafés and authentic atmosphere.

Nature lovers will appreciate the surrounding landscapes and the opportunities for walks, whilst the beaches of the Costa Blanca are just a 15-minute drive away. The city of Alicante, with its airport, shops and entertainment, is around 30 minutes away.

The villa is easily accessible by various means of transport:

By plane: Alicante Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Car hire and taxis are available on arrival.

By train: Alicante railway station provides easy access to the region from major Spanish cities. It is then recommended that you hire a car to reach the villa.

By car: easy access via the main roads from Alicante and the motorway. A covered garage and parking spaces are available on site.

A car is recommended to make the most of the region and to easily reach the beaches, shops and tourist attractions.
