The space

Welcome to ZOLENA, a modern and bright apartment situated on the 11th floor of a beautiful residential building in Benidorm. Tastefully and fully renovated, it offers the ideal setting to enjoy the Costa Blanca, combining relaxation, comfort and remote working. The apartment features a lovely double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, as well as a study area perfect for working from home. The spacious living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen and features a sofa bed that can accommodate up to four people.

You’ll also enjoy a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.

The real highlight of ZOLENA is its magnificent terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a dining area, offering exceptional panoramic views of Benidorm.

The residence has a communal swimming pool and is located just 600 metres from Levante Beach, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The residence also has a private parking space (booking required at least 3 days before arrival).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, located on the 11th floor (accessible by lift), as well as to the residence’s communal areas, including the communal swimming pool, which is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or out exploring.

A private parking space is available free of charge within the residence, subject to booking three days prior to arrival, with your vehicle registration number.

To ensure a smooth arrival, our city manager will welcome you personally on site. They will hand over the keys, show you around the accommodation and explain how everything works, and answer any questions you may have so that you can start your stay with complete peace of mind.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

The neighborhood

ZOLENA is located in the highly sought-after Rincón de Loix, one of Benidorm's liveliest and most popular neighbourhoods. You will be just 600 metres from Llevant Beach, known for its fine sand, turquoise water and promenade lined with restaurants and bars.

Just 200 metres away is the Mercaloix Indoor Market, a covered market renowned for its variety of shops: bakeries, fresh produce, international stalls, boutiques and convenient everyday services.

The neighbourhood offers a dynamic and friendly atmosphere, with numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and activities within walking distance. It is an ideal location if you want to enjoy the sea, local life and leisure activities in Benidorm, while living in a pleasant and well-connected area.

Getting around

ACCES
-By plane
The closest airport to Benidorm is Alicante-Elche Airport, located about 45 minutes from the city. From the airport, you can take a taxi, bus or hire a car to reach your destination. Regular bus services also connect the airport to Benidorm.

Valencia Airport is another option for getting to Benidorm. Although it is a little further away than Alicante Airport, it is still possible to reach Benidorm from this airport.

-Train:
Benidorm does not have a direct national railway station. Travellers arriving by train must first travel to Alicante via the RENFE lines (AVE, national or regional trains).
From Alicante, take the tram (TRAM d'Alicante, line 1) to Benidorm (approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes) or the bus from Alicante station or airport to Benidorm.

-Car:
Benidorm is easily accessible via the AP-7 motorway. From the AP-7, take the Benidorm Levante / Rincón de Loix exit, which is ideal for quickly reaching your accommodation.
