The space

Welcome to La Calienta, a superb new-build apartment situated in the sought-after Los Balcones neighbourhood of Torrevieja. Nestled within a modern, tree-lined and immaculately maintained residential complex, it offers the perfect setting for a holiday dedicated to comfort and relaxation.

The single-storey apartment features a spacious, light-filled living room with air conditioning and built-in Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing with family or friends, or for working from home. The living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer… everything you need for meals at home.

The living areas open onto a magnificent private terrace furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a dining area, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of Torrevieja’s famous pink lagoon.

The master bedroom, featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, also benefits from direct access to this large terrace. A second bedroom with a double bed opens onto a pleasant secondary terrace, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. A second full bathroom completes the property.

Residents will also be able to enjoy a large communal swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, ideal for cooling off and relaxing under the Costa Blanca sun.

The area around the residence is still undergoing some construction work, but the accommodation remains fully functional and pleasant.

Guest access

The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, offering easy and convenient access. Guests will have access to the entire flat as well as its private terraces. They will also be free to enjoy the large communal swimming pool and the residence’s green spaces throughout their stay.

A few days before your arrival, our City Manager will contact you to arrange your welcome and provide you with all the necessary information regarding key collection and settling into the accommodation.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

La Calienta is situated in the residential neighbourhood of Los Balcones, one of the most sought-after areas in Torrevieja. You’ll appreciate the proximity to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and the magnificent beaches of the Costa Blanca. The famous pink lagoon, visible from the terrace, offers a unique natural setting for walks and sunsets.

There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, all just a few minutes’ drive away. Torrevieja town centre, the central beaches and La Zenia shopping centre are all easily accessible within 10 minutes.

The modern, tree-lined residence offers the ideal setting to enjoy the Costa Blanca sunshine, with extensive gardens, a large communal swimming pool and relaxation areas.

It is a perfect environment for families, couples or remote workers seeking peace and quiet without sacrificing proximity to amenities and beaches.

The neighbourhood is undergoing rapid development and some construction work is still ongoing near the residence. Occasional noise may therefore be noticeable during the day whilst work is in progress. Evenings, nights and weekends are generally quiet, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
-By car
The main access to the coast (and therefore to Los Balcones/Torrevieja) is via the AP-7 motorway. To reach the area, the recommended exit is often exit 763 (La Zenia/Urbanizaciones/Orihuela Costa) — from this exit, follow the signs to Torrevieja/Los Balcones. Once off the motorway, the access road passes through secondary roads to the flat — allow a little time depending on traffic.

-By plane
The two most convenient airports are:
- Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) — accessible by car, then road to the flat.
- Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU) — also an option, depending on the route and car hire.
From either airport, the best option is to hire a car or take a taxi to Torrevieja / Los Balcones.

  • By train The nearest station is Orihuela Railway Station (RENFE station), about 30-35 km from Torrevieja. From there, you can reach Torrevieja or Los Balcones by car, taxi or local bus.
