The space
Welcome to La Perla Azul, a bright, renovated apartment located just 50 metres from the sea, ideal for making the most of a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its spacious living room, bathed in natural light, opens onto a furnished balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or making the most of summer evenings. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and share your meals. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and a second with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A functional bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment. For a pleasant stay in any season, La Perla Azul is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT:
Located on the first floor (accessible by lift), our apartment enjoys a prime location close to all amenities and services.
On arrival, our city manager will assist you with check-in to show you around the property and provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay. The apartment does not have private parking, but it is usually easy to find free parking in the surrounding streets.
ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

Access by road:
If you're travelling by car, you can easily access the region via the A7 motorway, also known as the Mediterranean motorway, which links the region's main coastal towns.
Access by train:
The nearest train station is Los Nietos, around 12 kilometres from Los Alcázares. This station is served by the Cercanías C-1 train line, which runs between Murcia and Cartagena. From Los Nietos station, you can take a taxi or bus to the flat.
Access by Plane:
The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier International Airport, located approximately 7 kilometres from Los Alcázares. This airport mainly serves national and European flights. Once at the airport, you can rent a car, take a taxi or use the shuttle service to get to the flat.
Alicante airport : Alicante-Elche airport is located approximately 96 kilometres from Los Alcázares. It is the most important airport in the region and offers national and international flights.
Getting here from Alicante airport :
To get to Los Alcázares from Alicante airport by car, you can take the AP-7 motorway towards Murcia. After approximately 80 kilometres, take exit 784 towards Los Alcázares/Cartagena/San Javier. Follow the signs to Los Alcázares.####### en alquiler por per

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the attention of the concierge and are only valid from the day they are received.
If the rental has to be cancelled , the cancellation conditions are as follows:
If the cancellation is made 6 days or more before the scheduled arrival date,** the Concierge will reimburse the amount paid.
The concierge will reimburse the deposit and/or stay in full.If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the date of stay:** No refund will be made and the tenant will owe the full amount of the deposit and/or stay.
No refund and the tenant will be liable for the entire stay.
