Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, Villa Puesta del Sol offers spacious rooms, a cosy décor and all the comforts you need for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large, tree-lined garden – a true oasis of greenery – featuring several terraces offering either sunshine or shade, depending on your preference. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen allows you to share delicious meals al fresco and make the most of the evenings in the Andalusian climate.

Inside, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and an upstairs terrace offering lovely views of the surrounding area.

For your comfort, the house is fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, and everything you need to cook and make the most of your stay.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire villa as well as all the private outdoor areas: the large, tree-lined garden, the terraces and the outdoor kitchen. The villa is spread over several levels and features several staircases, offering pleasant and clearly distinct living spaces.

Check-in is entirely self-service thanks to a secure access system. The entry codes and all relevant information will be sent to you before your arrival, so that you can settle in at your leisure from 4 pm.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The neighborhood

ENVIRONMENT
Villa Puesta del Sol enjoys a prime location in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Chipiona, just a few metres from the beach. You can easily walk to the seafront, the chiringuitos, restaurants, cafés and shops, allowing you to make the most of the friendly atmosphere of this charming Andalusian seaside resort.

Chipiona is renowned for its long, fine sandy beaches, its famous lighthouse – one of the tallest in Spain – its marina and its historic centre with its characteristic narrow streets. It is an ideal destination for alternating between relaxing days by the sea, bike rides, water sports and exploring the local cuisine.

The villa is also an excellent base for exploring the province of Cádiz:
- Sanlúcar de Barrameda (15 mins), renowned for its seafood and as a starting point for trips to Doñana National Park.
- Jerez de la Frontera (30 mins), the capital of flamenco, sherry bodegas and Andalusian horses.
-Cádiz (40 mins), one of Europe’s oldest cities, rich in heritage and entertainment.

Getting around

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
Villa Puesta del Sol is easily accessible, whatever your mode of transport.

By car:
The villa is directly accessible by car. You can easily reach Chipiona from the main cities of Andalusia via the motorway. The cities of Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Seville and Málaga are all well connected.

By plane:
-Jerez de la Frontera Airport: approximately 40 km (35 to 40 mins)
-Seville Airport: approximately 130 km (1 hr 30 mins)
-Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport: approximately 250 km (2 hr 45 mins)

By train:
Jerez de la Frontera railway station, served by AVE high-speed trains and national lines, is about a 30-minute drive away. Taxis, private hire vehicles and car hire services are available at the station.

By public transport:
Bus services run regularly between Chipiona and Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz and the region’s main towns. Once there, the beach, restaurants, shops and the seafront promenade are all within easy walking distance of the villa.

Villa Puesta del Sol is therefore the ideal base from which to explore the treasures of the Costa de la Luz whilst enjoying a holiday by the sea.
