The space

OREA GOLF is a new, contemporary flat situated on the ground floor of the CAPRI residence. Carefully decorated in a modern and elegant style, it offers a particularly pleasant setting for a holiday with family or friends.

The large, light and harmoniously laid-out living area combines a comfortable lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large windows naturally extend the living space out onto the large terrace, the apartment’s true relaxation area.

Fully furnished, the terrace features garden furniture, a table for al fresco dining, sun loungers, a plancha and a small private garden. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy beautiful Spanish days, have lunch al fresco or simply relax in the sun.

The flat has two bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds. A second separate bathroom completes the accommodation.

To ensure a stress-free stay, OREA GOLF is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Residents can also enjoy the residence’s magnificent outdoor areas, including a large landscaped garden and a huge communal swimming pool.

Guest access

The OREA GOLF flat is situated on the ground floor of the CAPRI residential complex. Please note: although it is on the ground floor, there are a few steps leading up to the entrance to the flat.

You’ll have free access to the residence’s magnificent communal areas, including a large landscaped garden and a huge communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and making the most of sunny days. A private parking space within the residence is available for your use during your stay. It is also possible to park on the street near the residence.

Check-in is entirely self-service. The access codes required to enter the residence and the flat, along with all the necessary information, will be sent to you before your arrival, ensuring a simple and stress-free check-in.

Residents of OREAL GOLF also have access to all the facilities at the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts and lawn bowls pitches. You’ll also find bars, restaurants, a mini-market and a cash machine just a few minutes’ walk from the flat.

ONLINE SHOP
You will have access to an online shop where you can book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local tours, private chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By Car
The apartment is easily accessible by car. From Alicante International Airport, take the A-7 motorway towards Torrevieja/Murcia. Follow the A-7 for approximately 30 minutes, then take exit 751 towards Torrevieja/Orihuela. Continue on the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf.

By Plane
Alicante International Airport is located about 40 minutes by car from Orea Golf. This well-connected airport offers regular flights to many international and domestic destinations, making your arrivals and departures easy.

By Train
The nearest train station is Orihuela, offering rail connections to several major Spanish cities. From the station, take the CV-95 road towards Torrevieja, then join the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf. Solyverde is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from Orihuela station.
